Bueno, voy a ver si consigo hacer una guía más o menos decente para novatos. Aún hay cosas que no entiendo bien del juego, pero ya las nociones básicas las controlo y creo que dejar mi experiencia para otros compañeros es buena idea.
Primero empezaré por la fábrica, seguidamente la tienda, el laboratorio, y finalmente la oficina. La razón de seguir este orden es porque la oficina hay que ajustarla después de haber hecho el resto de ajustes, porque ellos dependen de los demás edificios para saber sus limitaciones. Fábrica: En la fábrica debes empezar por elegir el producto que vas a fabricar, para eso te vas en la pestaña "Fábrica" al menú de la derecha donde pone "especialización" y elijes el producto a fabricar. Seguidamente vas a la pestaña "Suministros", si te fijas te dirá la materia prima que necesitas y fíjate en la columna que pone "cantidad", te detalla justo el número de unidades que necesitas de cada materia prima. Entonces le das al camioncito verde y buscas el suministrador que más te convenga (busca una buena relación entre precio y calidad. Pero antes si quieres buscar una alta calidad debes fijarte de que puedas aprovecharla, en la pestaña "Tecnología" puedes ver qué nivel de tecnología tienes y cuál es la calidad máxima que puedes obtener del producto, así que si tu calidad máxima es 4, no te vale la pena comprar materia prima de calidad 10 (a no ser que sean muy baratos, pero tu producto no pasará de 4). NOTA IMPORTANTE: ¡fíjate muy bien en que el producto que vas a pedir lo tengan disponible! Si no es así olvídate por el momento de ese suministrador y busca otro aunque sea más caro. Si no está disponible no lo tendrás para mañana. Después de elegir los suministradores que te traerán la materia prima vuelve a la pestala "Fábrica" y presta la mayor atención en "calidad de equipos", "número de empleados" y "nivel de calificación de los empleados" (esto lo regulas con su sueldo), es fundamental que intentes aproximarte a lo mínimo que es necesario para aumentar la efectividad. Poner mucho más de lo que te piden solo te producirá gastos innecesarios y te bajará la efectividad de la empresa. Y con eso ya tenemos la fábrica preparada para empezar a producir mercancía, todo funciona cada 24h, así que tendrás que esperar a mañana para ver tus primeros productos salir por la fábrica. Sin embargo ya puedes ir a la pestaña "comercialización" y elegir a quién vas a venderlo y el precio, pero para esto deberás esperar a mañana, ya que entonces te dirá cuánto te cuesta producir el producto para que sepas a qué precio debes venderlo. Tienda: En las tiendas también fíjate en el número de empleados y su nivel de calificación (la calificación la cambias modificando el sueldo), es importante mantenerlo por encima de lo necesario, pero no demasiado, porque entonces tendrías muchos gastos innecesarios y eso baja la efectividad de la tienda. Pues las tiendas son más sencillas, vete a la pestaña "Suministros", elige abajo el tipo de productos que vende tu tienda, selecciona un producto y dale a buscar suministrador. Si lo que tienes pensado vender es lo que produce tu fábrica, cuando busques suministrador acuérdate de seleccionar la opción "Mios" arriba a la derecha en la ventana de los suministradores. Cuando los tengas elegidos vete a la pestaña "Sala de ventas" y elige el precio al que quieres vender el producto. Laboratorio: Con los laboratorios investigas los niveles de tecnología que quieras, empezando desde el nivel 1. Vas investigando nuevos niveles, y eso lo que hace es que tus fábricas usen tu propia tecnología, y te sale mucho más barato que comprarla a otra persona. También puedes vender tu tecnología a otras personas, que si no entiendo mal eso son las licencias de uso. Entras en la pestaña "Investigaciones", ahí eliges un "nuevo proyecto", claramente te interesa que sea del producto que hace tu fábrica. Lo aceptas y te vas a la pestaña "Laboratorio", y más d elo mismo, te tienes que fijar que todo esté al menos al mínimo que necesitan. En este caso no importa subir el número de investigadores demasiado, eso ayudará a que la investigación sea más rápida (pero subirles la calificación demasiado sí es malo y te bajará la efectividad). Las investigaciones tardan varios días, y están divididas en 3 etapas me parece. Cuando la investigación llegue al 100% tendrás que ir y elegir qué camino seguir para continuar la investigación, las opciones que te dan para la segunda etapa son las de intentar acabar rápido en un solo día pero con una baja probabilidad de acierto, o tardar un poco más pero es más probable de que finalice correctamente. Si la investigación falla simplemente habrás perdido tiempo, pero nada más, vuelves a elegir la opción que desees y a esperar otra vez. Al final siempre termina. Cuando finalice la investigación pues empiezas una nueva, que puede ser la misma de un nivel superior, o un tema completamente distinto. Oficinas: Las oficinas son el corazón de la compañía en cada región. Siempre es necesario tener una en la ciudad (o país, no estoy muy seguro) donde tengas una fábrica, una tienda o un laboratorio. Sin la oficina el resto de edificios no funcionarán. Y si la efectividad de la oficina es baja, los demás edificios también lo notarán y bajarán su efectividad. Así que aunque no da dinero, es indispensable para el funcionamiento de todo. La oficina es sencilla, solo hay que tener el número de empleados necesarios más 1, y el número de ordenadores igual al número de empleados, y por supuesto que la calidad de todo sea lo más cercana a la que piden, nunca te pases demasiado porque la efectividad bajará. Por último aclarar que el juego se actualiza una vez al día, así que todo lo que hagas hoy verás el resultado mañana. No seas muy avaricioso y ve poco a poco según veas cómo va evolucionando tu empresa. Y controla tus gastos y beneficios, a veces es mejor vender barato y mucho, que vender caro y muy poco, cuanto más bajes el precio más clientes tendrás.
